French Lupot School Violin 18th century

Fine French violin from the 18th century with a dendrochronology report dating the top wood to 1730. This is an intriguing violin, with ebony purfling which points to Parisian makers, school of Nicolas Lupot. The violin has a wonderful sound, and is in good preservation.
