Andre Tellis are Exclusive to Hammond Ashley Violins. Handmade instruments from Beijing, sent to our workshop for us to professionally set up to meet the standards of the most demanding private teachers. We plane the fingerboard, hand fit a new bridge, fit the ebony tuning pegs, install a Wittner fine tuning tailpiece, and adjust the soundpost and install D'Addario Helicore strings. 100 model are used for our rentals, and are the primary instruments we sell to school districts and private lesson students to begin. 200 model has upgraded wood and varnish for better tone. 300 models are highly flamed maple and hand applied antique varnish. The price ranges from $2990 to $4990.
